Update for boot version 2.5.0

Boot 2.5.0 throws exceptions when task options are missing optargs. Sorry for the inconvenience, this should fix it.

Ping! Just ran into this as well. Please merge this (and cut a release), as it makes boot-notify work with current versions of boot!
