Fixed generator code for chapter 4.

Fixed the generator for chapter 4. Those bugs are fixed in Chapter 5, but the book reader sees it at chapter 4 first, and the code in the book is wrong as well as in the playground that is referenced in the book: https://playground.babylonjs.com/#EK321G#6
