Account confirmation link for account B when logged in to account A shows confirmation in account A

Describe the bug clicking email confirmation link for account B when logged into account A results in confirmation notification in account A.

Steps To Reproduce

1. i am logged in with [email protected] jelly account
2. create a new account with [email protected] in incognito window
3. i go into my email and click the 'confirm my account' link for my [email protected] jelly account
4. a page loads for my dashboard on [email protected] jelly account with the notification 'Your email address has been successfully confirmed'

Expected behavior if confirmation link is for account B, confirmation notification should show when logged in to account B (not account A)
