Probably the ffmpeg path finding change should also be documented here to notify our users and downstream packagers. We now prioritize the ffmpeg path specified with the --ffmpeg command-line option. Paths set in the config file will be ignored if --ffmpeg is used.

At this point I'm marking ready for review to get the :heavy_check_mark:s, however do not merge - the bot will do that during the actual release.
