Sound cuts for part of some files

Describe The Bug

Recently I've been trying to play hevc dolby vision mp4 files with dolby digital plus 5.1 atmos audio on my lg bx tv using jellyfin-web client, and while most of the time, it works well, sometimes the audio cuts. It's always at the same timestamp, and the issue is not the file itself because it will play correctly on the tv from an usb stick.
