Disappearing cursor pointer

Describe The Bug The cursor pointer always disappears when it should not. It does not matter which browser, which user, what opened (dashboard or main page) - the cursor will continue to disappear. The cursor will be hidden until clicked.

I noticed this bug in 10.7.7, now i have 10.8.1 and this error is still here.

But in full screen mode, just when the cursor should disappear, it doesn't always disappear. You need to exit full screen mode and open it again. Personally, I see this error most often in the Safari browser.

Steps To Reproduce

1. open Jellyfin on any page
2. do not move your mouse and wait

Expected Behavior The cursor pointer should always be visible, unless it is full screen mode.
