Improve Server Entry

The server entry dialog does not automatically append a protocol (e.g. "http://") if it is missing. This is in contrast to some of the behaviour we've taken with the other apps.

Just suffered this problem in #19 and it made the app seem like it does not work at all.

Still having this problem 28 days later it seems.

How do you mean “Does not work at all”? The app does work, the login screen just needs an improvement which is coming soon.

See the comment above from @smurancsik The fix is already in place, just waiting for it to be merged into master and released. Please try to read the whole thread!
