Add support for Intro Skipper plugin

Requirements This change requires the Jellyfin API Client component. Install it using the command ropm install from the repo root directory.

Changes Builds support for the Intro Skipper plugin into the Roku app.

If the data is available, this change will show a Skip Intro button over TV Episodes just before the TV intro / theme starts. Clicking the button will skip the video ahead, skipping the intro.

If the data isn't available, the plugin isn't installed, or the video isn't a TV episode, nothing happens.
