Reset password doesn't work with Active Directory

Hello,

I configured the plugin, i can connect and create new accounts but i can't reset password even if my bind user got all permissions. I'm nod developper but it seams the program can't reset password for Windows AD because it's not the same attribute and not the same password encoding.

Is it possible for you to add this functionnality please ? :)
