Jellyfin shows plugin status "NotSupported"

I installed the plugin, restarted Jellyfin, and when I return to the Plugins page to configure it shows 'NotSupported'. Unable to configure or use the plugin. I am on Jellyfin v 10.8.11, running on Docker on a linux host. Thanks a lot

edit: this is in my logs [2024-02-27 05:28:47.985 +00:00] [ERR] [1] Emby.Server.Implementations.Plugins.PluginManager: Failed to load assembly "/config/plugins/Local Intros_2.2.0.100/Jellyfin.Plugin.LocalIntros.dll". This error occurs when a plugin references an incompatible version of one of the shared libraries. Disabling plugin.

Do I need to revert to a previous version of Jellyfin or somethiing?
