Add Open Library as a metadata provider

They're operated by the Internet Archive and all their data is CC0. https://openlibrary.org/

That would be a great idea because as it stand Google Books is full of pretty low quality metadata and images. How it can resolve Neuromancer to 40 different books is a mystery.
