[Feature Request] Clapper support

Hi! I have a PinePhone, and Clapper is a nice video player that supports its hardware acceleration. (and it also supports several other niche devices' hardware acceleration) having Jellyfin support Clapper would be amazing!

Unfortunately I don’t see anything in the way of an integration API for that player. And even if there was I haven’t really built MPV shim to be easy to extend for multiple players.

Now of course if someone figures out a way to do this and implements it nicely PRs are always an option.
