Windows10 client - 30sec freeze when starting a video

Describe the bug When starting a video. The app freeze for 30 seconde at least. When using Web player it start immediately. Same when launching the file directly from the network on the computer.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select any video/movie/tvshow
2. Click on 'play'
3. Wait....

Expected behavior Still waiting but not so long 😉

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: win 10 22h2
• Installation Method windows installer.

I'm not on my computer now. But I'll try to provide logs asap

It could be 2 things, 1 you installed on a server with low cpu, ram, or slow disk resources, or 2 - It could be video format.

What type of videos are you using h264, h265, 8 bit, 10 bit?

i had the same problem and it was actually a bug with low power mode h265 on intel gpu ( u have to disable that to make it work )

however i still have this very long loading when transcoding without any loading animation

so whats up with this issue guys? do we think its a bug in the code or could it maybe just be bad defaults?

Entonces, ¿qué pasa con este problema, chicos? ¿Creemos que es un error en el código o podría ser simplemente una mala configuración predeterminada?

Sin los datos de los videos que almacena, codec, calidad ..etc no puedo ayudar
