文件安装路径含中文时，无法播放视频

经测试1.6x和1.7x版本，若将Jellyfin Media Player安装在包含中文的路径中，则会导致无法播放视频。具体情况是：能连接上服务器，并且显示跟web端一样的画面，但是当点击一个视频进行播放时，则会出现视频的图片，然后一直卡住，没有视频。
