No transcoding of live TV to HEVC codec with IOS App, only H264. Safari works fine

I use the HEVC setting (Prefer fMG4 Media Container) on all my clients to be able to use the HEVC codec. This does not work with live TV with the app. Live TV works ok as direct play, but if the stream is to be transcoded, it is aborted. Recording, on the other hand, works perfectly. Transcoding from LIVE TV to the h264 with the app works fine.
