Ignore safe area in fullscreen mode

Describe the feature

In fullscreen mode, the safe margins provided by the device should be ignored, or at least should not affect the video itself, but only the video controls. Currently, the video isn't actually in fullscreen, but respects the safe margins, which is something that no other video app does.
