Nest Hub/Gen 3 CC won't transcode unsupported audio

Confirmed with Gen 3 Chromecast and Nest Hub, Jellyfin/CAF Nightly will not attempt to transcode 24-bit/192 KHz FLACs, which exceed the supported 24-bit/96KHz capabilities. image

This is a server issue and is not exclusive to Cast.

But just in case it is exclusive to Cast, here's a 10.6 log taken from the CAF running on Chromecast Ultra. 192kHz/24-bit FLAC https://pastebin.com/QrEpJg7J

Here's a PR that looks to have added flac decode/encode support to jellyfin for 10.7. I could be wrong, but in my understanding this could mean that the server has no options but directstream for flac.

This should be retested on 10.7.

Well, it transcodes now but apparently to opus. We should look at getting a flac to flac transcode. I think this is the fixed part in 10.7
