Ability to trigger library scan

Describe the feature you'd like

It would be convenient to be able to trigger a library refresh from within the app. I quite often have requests/downloads going and to be able to refresh libraries without accessing the web-ui would be a nice addition. Preferrably it would be on a per library basis and not "scan all". Option should naturally only be available for users with the correct role (admin, I guess).

I can't use real-time monitoring due to my storage setup.

Unless I am mistaken, you can set the web UI to update library whenever changes to directories are detected automatically.

Having to aid that, in most cases, the android TV app will not update the library unless you quit the app and re-open it again. Basically, if you o not see the jellyfin logo when starting the app, your library will not be updated. What's funny though, is that if you go into the actual sections of the library, you will see your newly added media.

As I wrote in the issue, I can't use that since the data is accessed over nfs (storage and jellyfin app are on separate machines).

I haven't reflected over that but it might be correct. I usually just go into the user select screen to refresh the app when needed.
