Improve downloads management

Describe the feature you'd like First of all, when you download content, instead of it just pressing and then appearing to not do anything (till you notice the silent notification after you've proceeded to download it 3 times), you could have a loading bar in the actual app. Also you should, instead of being able to re-download the movie, be able to delete it. Finally you should then be able to stream that content through Jellyfin when offline.

All subtitles should also be downloaded if they are separate files

I think findroid does a decent job at this. I wish jellyfin-android had something similar. It's really useful for when you're going to be on a long plane trip.
