Play jellyfin downloaded videos from Jellyfin app/player

Describe the feature you'd like When we download a video, We can make sure it gets downloaded into /jellyfin/ directory. And videos inside this directory can also be viewed from Jellyfin app and can directly be played from Jellyfin app in offline or online mode. Videos which are already downloaded from jellyfin app, should be playable from its local source instead of streaming from server.
