Enable Swiftfin on Mac App Store with "Designed for iPad"

I really love the iOS app and I am aware that current development for MacOS isn't planned. So I am wondering if it would be possible to add MacOS designed for iPad as a target so we could still download and use the app on a Mac.

Interested in this too, now that we have Catalyst for macOS, it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to work on MacOS right?
