[ATV] App seems to generate duplicate players

Describe the bug

I'm not sure what exactly is happening, but when quickly starting, playing, and exiting, or otherwise handling the app, it seems to create duplicate versions of the player, causing it to play in the BG (I can hear the audio) without being able to be stopped.
