Adding a new translation - English (United Kingdom)

Describe the feature you'd like I'm adding a new "Favo(u)rites" section in a PR, and the lack of "u" makes my skin crawl.

jellyfin/jellyfin-core has an English (United Kingdom) (en_GB), should we add that?

Weblate tells me I have to contact the maintainers to add a language that's not in the list, but if that's done I'll get the first version in.

I don't know if Weblate supports this, since I think it only looks at a single localization file for the entire language. It would be possible to add locales via PRs, but then I don't think that Weblate would allow translating to those locales and I don't want translations to be done via PRs - it's easier and more manageable to have them centralized.
