This PR is now unblocked so can be rebased.
I triggered the opensuse tests for all the scenario's so we can see what the damage is.
Analyzing the test results: #### Expensive - [ ] Skip kdump tests for now, they need work - [ ] Skip packagekit tests whcih fail, seem to need more work...
Maybe we should get one scenario green with skips and then continue :)

Need to recheck with PF6 but this is still an issue in PF5.
There are still some linter failures in this PR, is it work in progress?

So technically if you use an immutable OS and use a sysext I think everything should be fine? But if you use a container you would have to expose something...
