Add ID link support (invalid link generation)

I want to use this plugins to generate id links. For example @John would be translated to:

[@John](mysite.com/people/#John)

but this pluggin generates this

[@John](mysite.com/people/#/John)

which does not work.

Please make the last slash optional.
