[Request] Rename Pokemon to include IV percentage (e.g. Snorlax91)

It's a minor request, but I would like to rename (change the nicknames) of my pokemon to be Pokemon##. Could also add the option to only rename above a certain IV%.

I've been doing this manually and would love to see this implemented. I've also been naming my pokemon their IV split so 15/12/13, or whatever it may be. A 15/10/10 could be lower IV than a 5/15/15 but you may want that attack stat more.
