Add Project desert tortoise to decode telemetry

Hello,

would it be possible to add this in combination with this to the script? NOAA sends telemetry data at 137.77MHz, so it should be possible to catch both signals (Telemetry & LRPT) at once with one SDR.

Right now we can only decode one signal per pass. We have talked about decoding the entire band from 137 to 138 MHz but it is a big code change.
