New fresh icons, with some change in css file, to make UX up to date. Hope this could help. :-) uximprovment

I've made a preview of what it could be done with the same icons and some changes. I think this could not be made only with css file, and I don't really now, if it will help a new formulize user. Note that "select all" and "unselect" buttons have disappeared, they could be replaced by a checkbox in the first line first column. Maybe it would be more fun... or not... formulize design

I think we should incorporate this as a theme, once we have pull request 43 complete. Then people could simply choose which theme they want to use and it would be the "classic" one or this one.

So much time passed. I'm sorry it never become a distinct theme. But version 7 does have a pretty nice theme and mobile friendly, for what it's worth.
