Ship a rpm package

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot install sonixd on Fedora with rpm.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have sonixd released as a rpm package. The solution would be to add a simple spec-file to release the rpm in GitHub. Subsequently, it could be released on copr and stable fedora.

Are there any plans for it?
