Add support for Tuna for OBS integration

What do you want to be added?

First of all, thanks for the work you've put into this new re-write. As a user of sonixd, I've been keeping a close eye on this project, waiting for feature parity to then make the swap over. Currently the main feature holding me back is the lack of Tuna support, as I use it quite extensively with sonixd.

Any chance at all we could see integration added to Feishin?
