Add syncplay functionnality like jellyfin groups

we could use syncplay on jellyfin it syncs playing songs between all devices which use the same account it would be great to get this feature :) !

+1 this could really be that thing that differentiates it from other clients.

I was thinking that using the approach of the webui to do this could be doable, and have the client send ipc commands between them. I don't think that would allow for perfect synced music, but should indeed be a good starting point 🤔
