What happened?

This is a (nonextensive) list of known issues after upgrading to Jellyfin 10.11 that are also affecting Feishin.

[!Important] These are not Feishin bugs, and we will have to wait for them to be fixed upstream.

If any of these are dealbreakers for you, please consider holding off on the Upgrade for now.

• jellyfin/jellyfin#14575
• loading lists in general is very slow
  • includes tracklistings both for Albums and in the Tracks section (on JF-web it might fail to load entirely)
  • includes album and artists listings
  • no known open issue, but likely fixed by whatever fixes 14575
• jellyfin/jellyfin#15028
  • workaround is to create a new playlist, it should make old playlists reappear as well
• jellyfin/jellyfin#15114
  • in Feishin this is "Play similar songs"
  • no known workaround

  • make sure you did a full library scan and a scan with Replace all Metadata as instructed in the announcement post
• Personal anecdote: Right after upgrading, the majority of my album artists had no associated albums, and in the album list it would not show album artists either. This was seemingly caused by having albumartistsort in my tags (removing them made albums be linked to their artists again).
  • This seems to have resolved overnight. Presumably there were still some migrations running that were not visible in the server log. If you encounter this issue, simply wait a day or two (depending on your library size, I have ~7.2k tracks for reference), and it might fix itself.
