hello im trying to make my plasma kde wingets get over the wallpaper but i cant find a way my desktop completly gets coverd when i start hidamari and i do not like that

Depending on how you use Hidamari, if it's just videos on the desktop background, then you could always try Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn.
