Thanks for reporting. If you mean the desktop icons, try disable and enable the gnome extension that provide the desktop icons on Pop OS (I believe it use something similar...

Hi @heidiwenger , thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I have no plan to support packaging formats other than Flatpak. That said, I'm not against the idea of ​​the Snap package....
