here is osx High Sierra 10.13.6. run cmd:brew install virt-manager show: ==> Installing virt-manager from jeffreywildman/virt-manager vte3: macOS Mojave or newer is required for this software. Error: An unsatisfied requirement failed this build. Is there idea to resolve this issue?

Like it even says "macOS Mojave or newer is required for this software." so go grab Mojave at least.
