Doco is missing instructions for sourcing the file when installing via homebrew

Problem description

Even when installing via homebrew the user still needs to source the plugin as a part of their zshrc or bashrc. The post install output on homebrew does display a similar message however it is quite easily missed. I would encourage an update on the README.md file to cater for this.
