Firefox Android: the menu bar does not appear

On Firefox Android (84.1.2), when you scroll down, then up, the "menu bar" does not appear. Firefox Windows is not affected.

I am sorry I did a terrible spelling mistake. I meant does not disappear 😑 When you scroll down, a menu bar appears. And when you scroll back to the top of the page, it should disappear. That is not the case when browsing with Firefox Android.

I just checked the "Live Demo" and the behavior is unchanged.

Here are two videos so you can see the different behavior between Firefox and Chrome.
