Feature Request - allow scheduling by total runs per car

The DerbyNet scheduler allows for scheduling 1 race per car (using the abbreviated single run per car schedule) or by selecting an integer number of times a car should race per lane. It would be useful to have an option to schedule by # of runs per car.

For example, if our track has 4 lanes, we want to race folks more than once but don't have time for 4 runs, we're out of luck with the software at the moment.
