Be a Camera from an Android phone testing

I've been trying to get the "Be a Camera" option working on an Android phone but when I trigger a replay from the race dashboard page it rolls in a black screen and then instantly rolls it out. If I switch my replay kiosk from "Remote Camera" back to one on the laptop and trigger the replay it works fine. The version of Chrome on the phone is 119. Any suggestions for helping with debugging?
