Only generates the plate, no top or bottom

even using the default tkl-standard json, the script only generate the plate.

"No top level geometry to render" pops out in the bottom scad file. top cad file also only shows the plate

Is the script also generating the stl files? There is no stl files neither.

I have pushed up a change that uses more realistic default values. All the parts should display properly now

@jeffminton i found that with parameters_simple.json i get the top and bottom. also noticed that in openscad in preview there's nothing but once rendered things show up, especially if you split model
