Fix #360 - fix dependencies to older versions

Update requirements from requirements.txt and older versions that are compatible.

Future/later changes could start to use newer libraries. This matches original code levels.

Recommend merging this as-is as out of the box nothing works.

Then check out https://github.com/jeffknupp/sandman2/tree/pyup-scheduled-update-2024-02-05 to see if later versions really work
