How to use bind(form)?

I'm having a complete mind blank on how to get the

paypal.minicart.view.bind(form)

to work correctly.

Do I simply just add "paypal.minicart.view.bind(form)" below "paypal.minicart.render();"

The reason behind me posting as I'm trying to minicart to work in tandem with jQuery Content Panel Switcher and at present the "add to cart" buttons are all hidden within different panels.

Apologises for my stupidity on this, i'm having one of "those" days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any possibility of a simple example? This would be very helpful since many novice coders like myself need a bit more help than paypal.minicart.view.bind(form).
