Voting?

Can we get voting on tickets? This could raise problems when it comes time to sync but other bug trackers don't support voting or dont support manually tweaking the vote counts via their respective APIs.

This feature is already in the trunk but cannot get it working -- it is not "voting" but "points", look here:

$ ti points --help ti points [ticket_id] points

Common options: -v, --version Show the version number -h, --help Display this help

Put this ON HOLD, get the basic fatures working first...
