To be specific, I'm asking you if there are more thread unsafe stuff like the RNG one. I am having troubles using Botan with Seastar. Seastar has their own threads.

@shaui132 Great library and it feels faster than Evpp. I am looking for a way to close/disconnect individual socket, and trying the plain Linux close() with fd causes seg faults....
