Upgrade NewRelicAgent to 4.186 for crash reporting?

I am getting the following message from New Relic "We have crash reporting now!"

It looks like by upgrading to the latest version of the New Relic Agent (4.186) iOS crash reports will be sent up to New Relic. This could be very useful, espicially during early versions of our app.

Is this as simple as upgrading the NewRelicAgent in your module at src/ios/NewRelicFramework?
