Filter dialog not opening

ISSUE: When I click the filter dialog in the demo, it doesn't do anything nor does it open a dialog. How to replicate: Go to the demo and click next to the filter on the "Open a dialog for filtering?" Expected behavior: Opens some sort of dialog Current behavior: No dialog, popup, modal or some other indicator shows up.
