I was running on windows originally so I switched back to windows and installed Perl and ran this updated Perl script that uses 'gracenote' .

The issue I also had trouble getting the pl here to log in properly so I swapped in my working pl in it's place. You do need to add outfile=/xmltv/xmltv.xml to .zap2xmlrc file to get volume binds to work. It's also worth noting this image is missing the required perl dependencies to make the icon=/config/icons work to download the icons.
