Option to close tabs?

Tabs and panels in Elements context are now only being incremented. So I tried to dynamically manage number of tabs and faced the issue when I close the tab (remove it from a tab array being rendered) and as soon as I add another tab, elements.tabs and the number of actual tabs no longer match
