[Mac OS X] There is no way to reopen the Bungloo window after it has been closed

After closing the Bungloo window the application stays open (you can access the menu bar and the application icon is still activated in the dock), but the interface does not provide a way to reopen the window.

I would suggest either:

  1. Quitting the app when the user closes the window, or
  2. Providing a "File / Open window" option in the menu bar.
