Intercept UART communication?

Hi there,

I'm currently trying to reverse engineer an UART (TX, RX, GND) communication between two microcontrollers at 115200 Baud (8N1). For this, it would be great to build some kind of MITM proxy that would allow me to see the existing communication and insert messages at will.

Is something like this possible with ESP-Link?
